WHO WE ARE
A development company with a real “South Texas History”.
Our history can be traced back to the 80’s – as home builders. It was not uncommon for us to be building 5-6 homes at a time. But soon we started being asked about commercial work. At this time, seeing the need, we expanded – adding commercial and industrial construction, both in and out of the Valley.
But, as the need for homes increased in the RGV– we quickly realized that we also needed land in which to build them. Being fully aware of the competition in this trade, we worked hard and efficiently to find the right properties in order to develop safe, quality neighborhoods that were affordable in today’s economy.
As developing subdivisions has become one of our main focuses, we have made it one of our highest priorities to create a major footprint by placing them throughout the Rio Grande Valley.
ABOUT THE OWNERS
Jorge and Juan Gonzalez both received their Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Texas Pan American. They share ownership of 4 rental properties, as well a residential construction, commercial construction and a real estate development company.
Jorge has worked in the building industry long enough to have created a positive and distinguished reputation. He is approached by architects and engineers to assist them in project conception. He is known to be able to “think out of the box” when others see a budget constriction. He has the ability and know how – to make things happen in the building community. Rarely taking no for an answer, he will bring anyone’s negativity to the table – often creating a common ground – while ending the meeting with a fair solution for all involved.
Jorge and Juan both study the housing industry and its trends. This factors into their building of multifamily units, residential homes as well as subdivisions. They have acquired over 100 acres to develop in 2021.
